Documents submitted to the Circuit Court in cases which were never brought to completion before the Court. The cases include appeals from decisions rendered by justices of the peace with some cases originating from nearby counties. Cases pertain to divorce, breach of contract, negligence, and other civil suits. Case files may include briefs, petitions, complaints, arguments, trial transcripts, and other documents.
